As the sun begins to rise over Tabby Road, a bouquet of adorable brown tabbies graces the world, named after the timeless tunes of The Beatles. This charming group of mini-floofs found their way to a foster home in California during a bustling spring kitten season, and they are undeniably among the fortunate few.
Foster mom Tammy Kaehler joyfully shared, “We have a bouquet of tabbies!”

Choosing names is always a delightful aspect of fostering, and this time, the bouquet of kittens had a music-loving sponsor who chose names with purrfection.
Vera, Chuck, Dave, Maxwell, and Rocky were the chosen names—all inspired by beloved Beatles songs.
The sponsor, not only responsible for naming this musical litter, also enjoyed additional fluffy perks, including video calls with the kittens—a fantastic idea for other fosterers to consider.
Explaining the sponsored litter, Tammy shared, “This is a sponsored litter, which means the sponsor gets to name them and receive endless photos and videos. We also already done a video call. They get all that, and I do meds and scoop poop! Whatta deal!”
Days later, Tammy captured an utterly adorable moment as Chuck, one of the kittens, engaged in a playful game of “stick ’em up” with his tiny paws—a heartwarming scene reminiscent of a black kitten named Cole playing the same game eleven years ago.
Fast-forward to a month in their loving foster home, and the sweet Beatles kittens reached spay-neuter day, ready for their glow-up Glamour Shots. Like the anticipation of “Here Comes the Sun,” they were prepared to shine for their future families down Tabby Road, with their next stop being Love Your Feral Felines (LYFF) in California.
As time swiftly passed, much like the Beatles’ song “Hello, Goodbye,” all but the charming Rocky found forever homes by late summer. These playful, confident cuties, having received abundant love along their journey, were ready for their next adventure.
For International Tiger Day, LYFF celebrated their “tiny tigers,” including Rocky, emphasizing their stripes, swagger, and charm. On this special day, the organization highlighted, “They have all the stripes, swagger, and charm of their full-size cousins, but they’re much easier to make part of your family.”
